Help!

I woke up this morning went to pee like always except it hurt like when you've held it for to long so I just ignored it went to pee later same thing it felt like I had to pee a lot but barely peed and when I wiped there was a little blood I've never had any issues down there before not sure what it is and can't really afford to go to the doctor help!
