Very painful upper back pain
I'm 32 weeks 4 days pregnant and i have very painful upper back pain it feels like someone is ripping out my spine I've had this happen to me 3 times since 28 weeks and all I can do and feel like doing is walk around and take deep breathes does anyone might know what is causing this pain
