What type of acne is this and how can I treat it? Cause it's not going away.

I'm gonna guess and say systic acne, my mom had it and she had to get it treated and drained by a dermatologist. Cause it just keeps spreading once it is popped.

Well I don't know different types of acne but I say use tea tree oil, black soap, and coconut oil all natural 
Oh and drink lots of water!👍🏽😊

Definitely looks systic, I get them around my cheek bones and my inner cheeks. If you have a more oily skin type I recommend using a tea tree facial wash and a small amount of moisturiser. Do this for a couple of days till it swells and you see a white tip. Once it does I usually pop them then thoroughly wash my face. If it starts hurting more or it looks like it's getting redder, it probably on top of a capillary. It will bleed and drain more when it's popped, just make sure after it's popped and drained wash your face extra thoroughly. Systic acne tends to spread if not treated then cleansed.
