Shave before giving birth?

I was wondering should you shave "down there " before giving birth?

No way, I don't need itchy regrowth to go along with my potential stiches and blood. Comfort is the priority the midwives don't care

Of course. My hubby shaved it for me. Did an awesome job to. And offered to pay for me to get a wax if I wanted. I let him do it bc I didn't want to bunk up in some strange ladies face. 😂😂

I did I hate having my period with hair makes it messier. I use a trimmer though so no itchy regrow th. It's a personal preference though.

I have a few times throughout my pregnancy. I have cut myself pretty good too because I am unable to see. 🙈

I hate having a lot of hair during my period and typically do not get itchy or irritated during regrowth. Since there will be lots of blood for weeks PP I probably will try to clean up as much as possible. So that I won't have to worry about it afterwards.

I'm pregnant with twins & my vag is super puffy, the minute hair grows it itches on my thieves & bothers the hell out of me. I've mastered shaving without looking. I have the blueprint down in my head without looking now. I just shave very gentle. Give it a try ladies, lol. I refuse to have my husband do it. He's surprised I'm still able to do it also :)

I plan to trim. I don't want to be all itchy from the hair growing back, but I want less mess with all the blood and stuff!

I did and I regretted it. I tore and needed stitches. So I was to afraid to shave again after giving birth until my 6 week check up. And it was so itchy growing back in.

Its a personal. Choice when ur in labor u won't care n the doc had seen it. All
