4 more days lost a big chunk of my mucus plug this morning had my doctors appt 2 weeks ago I was a cm and 50 percent effaced. Today I'm a cm and 75 percent effaced. Said baby could be here anyday:) what does effaced mean tho? How is it different from dialation?
