Need advise ASAP

So, I've been cramping since about 3 dpo, I never get cramps, not even with AF. So, tonight, I was out to dinner with my hubby, and all the sudden, I got extremely nauseous. To the point where I went to the bathroom and threw uo. I'm now 6 dpo. I feel better now, but I'm still not 100%. It literally came out of nowhere. Has anyone else ever experienced this before? Wth could this be? I never do that, it's kind of freaking me out! Any insight would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
