Boyfriend won't sleep with me

Okay so i've been in a serious relationship for a year and a half now. We love each othet very much and talk about our future together ofteb. At first we had sex literally all the time, and then it just slowly started to become less and less. Mostly cause I was on the pill and it lowered my libido, and made me dryer so sex hurt a lot. I eventually went off the pill in order to fix this problem but it seems we got to used to not having sex. He always says he doesn't feel like it and that he would rather cuddle. He does not see me as sexy, he see's me as cute and adorable (he actually said that to me smh). Anyway, any advice? That's us in the pic with my little godson😄
