Help need an English girls name with an R?

Hebrew name will be pronounced

Ra-chay-lee not Ra-kay-lee lol hard to explain what I mean seems only jews can make the sound im refferig to. Anyways I need an easy English name for the birth certificate thanks.

Raquel is Spanish, Rachel is Hebrew and Rene is French.

Raquel would be the closest. I like the Hebrew name better but yeah everyone will either say rahaylee or rakaylee they won't pronounce the ch correctly  (someone at the bakery asked for challah bread and pronounced it like chocolate bread, funny)
