First Pre-seed use, any other ideas?

So today I tried Pre-seed, my fertile week doesn't start till the 9th but I was feeling a little crampy so we BDed just incase.. my temps are normal(I normally get a dip in temp) so I didn't want to waste an opk lol.. I'm really hoping this stuff does the trick since last month all I relied on was my CM but I never got egg white CM last month so it completely through me off... does anyone have any other tips to try this next week, really willing to try anything... hoping for this month to be our month ???

Don't trust cm, it can be affected by the foods we eat even. I'd say opk's if you want, Preseed, hips up and above all and possibly the hardest thing of all. Relaaaaaax. ??

This will bey first month trying preseed. I'll be doing the pillow under my butt after sex practice. Try keeping your stress level down, too. Good luck!
