EXHAUSTED??

Question

I'm so tired I can't keep my eyes open!!! Fallen asleep with head on the table in two busy restaurants and my poor husband keeps finding me asleep in corners- feel so bad, I'm no fun at all!! Anybody eles this sleepy? I'm a veggie so a bit worried I'm missing out some key nutrients?

I was utterly amazed at how exhausted I was! It was worse than morning sickness for me. I'm now 12 weeks and have more energy, but my problem is not being able to go to sleep now, so get it while you can!

Oh my goodness I know what you're talking about. It could be nutrients, but also just because your body is doing so much work growing a baby! I just found out I'm having twins and I need naps to make it through the day, and still go to bed quite early.

Well I'm glad it's not just me, my husband thinks I'm just using th excuse to be lazy! I've always loved bed!

I'm the same, I nap with my toddler on all my days off, and am still ready for bed by 7. I think I could just sleep all day. I was a little worried I'm missing out on nutrients too because i can't stomach the iron in the prenatal right now, and I haven't been able to eat meat. I don't have a Dr apt  until I'm 13.5 weeks, hoping to get my blood work done the same day. Although i recently started feeling better so I started taking it, but I certainly don't notice am increase of energy or anything. I'm still winded, dizzy and tired. I don't remember being this bad with my first pregnancy. Nausea has been the same, but I also didn't have a toddler to have to chase after and entertain.

I feel the same way I eat something then after am sleeping for hours an too lazy to do anything lol
