My husband has recently been having a small red sore on the upper side of the base of his penis. It's about the size of a grain of rice, maybe just a tad larger.  He says it doesn't really hurt or itch, and it's the only place he's seen it. We cannot for the life of us figure of what it is. He had this once before, about 2 months ago, and we thought perhaps it was jock itch, so we purchased an OTC cream and it went away. Now it's back- any thoughts on what this could be? We do use condoms regularly, about 4 times per week, so perhaps that could be the culprit?
