Piercings😎😘

Ok who all has pierced nips? I'm very into piercings , I have my belly button done , my tongue , & 5 in my ears. I have been thinking hard about it & wanna do it. But I need personal ( like the health care part ) info on it. Like how long did it take to heal , how long did the pain last etc. Do they limit you to do stuff after ? Like going to the gym or riding ( I have horses & ride about daily ) , picking up heavy stuff ...also would like to see pics if anyone doesn't mind posting !
