Black hair dye out!?

I went in for a blonde balayage and ended up coming out of the salon with black hair with a few blonde streaks. I am so upset and haven't stopped crying yet. I even cried in the chair. I have complained to the salon already and such but I really need some help getting this ugly dye job out.

DEMAND YOU MONEY BACK. You can do that. I went in for the same thing in February and ended up with blotchy yellow hair. I was pissed. And I cried for like a week. On the bright side, dark colors are easier to fix (from what I understand, not a stylist). But it's not bleach. I highly reccomend Regis. I've had 2 messes (one at home and one from anther salon like you). Regis has never failed to fix my mess. But it really is okay. I promise you... They will fix it.

go to a different salon and tell them what happened and if they can fix it. I have natural blonde hair and I've dyed it black. it is hard as shit to get out.

Okay so go to a DIFFERENT hair place and ask them to make it more of the picture, I couldn't imagine it being to difficult. Show them the pic and tell them the story they might give you a discount lol. Also condition the shit out of your hair because it's gonna be super damaged.
