9+4wk ultrasound today. Why do the sac's change shape like that? Any ideas?

I was just curious to know why the gestational sac looks so different in every ultrasound picture you see. 
Sometimes you see the round ones so I was wondering why mine was curved like that.

I wish my doctor would explain more about what I'm seeing. I'm wondering if I'm seeing the legs at bottom right - I should've asked! Any insight would be nice 😇

Mine was a perfect circle at 6w and a U shape at 9w.. they said its bc I have a Retroverted uterus, or tilted uterus. I don't understand completely but it's normal apparently.

It depends on the angle the picture was taken. You can change the shape of it how you want depending how it was taken and where the baby is sitting ! The baby is always moving around esp this early
