I've had my IUD for a few months now and I know Im suppose to check my strings but I can't reach them. I have a high cervix, soni assume that's why. I get my partner do it, and he doesn't mind but I really wish I could do it myself. I've tried at different points of of my cycle but I still can't get it. I have a Paragaurd. Does anyone know if any tips or tricks other than getting it removed and reinserted?
