Left side rib pain! ER??

Question

For 4 days I've had random pain under my ribs on the left side that will go into my back. I've looked it up and all it keeps saying is possible spleen issues. Has anyone had this issue?? My tolerance for pain is high and I never can tell if sonething is ER wrong. Please help!

It really could just be gas, but you know your body, trust your instinct. I had pain under my left ribs and finally I couldn't stand it anymore. I was also so extremely weak. I was worried that i was bleeding internally. Turned out, I had hemorrhaged into an adrenal cyst and it was like having a 2 liter soda in my side!
