I'm Worried

Hello everyone, I went for my routine scan on Friday and it was discovered that I am carrying two gestational sacs. However, I am supposed to be 7wks3days but the sacs measured only 5wks 3days. So I'm worried that maybe they are not growing or am I just being paranoid. Anyone with this kind of experience before, pls share. Thanks.
