2 day period..

I had sex on the 13th and my period was supposed to be the first. Throughout the month I forgot to take a pill but made up for it. Saturday (before my period) I had some spotting and then the next day I had what was like y period and then didn't have it the rest of the week I was supposed to. Should I be worried about being pregnant?
