Hi everyone just looking for some thoughts. First I'm supposed to start a new job on Monday and they don't know I'm pregnant. I'm 13 weeks today with a busy 15 month old at home too. Our NT ultrasound shows a large cardiac defect. Though it's very early, I'm pretty sure it's true (reviewed the results w a pediatric cardiologist friend). The baby will likely need surgery after its born etc etc. What do you all think of working for only a few months then quitting vs quitting now and how to do it professionally?  (I work as a nurse practitioner and luckily don't need to work for money right now)
