Abnormal thyroid levels?

Just got a call from my doctor that my first trimester bloodwork showed abnormal results for my thyroid levels and they want me to go do some additional blood work to figure out what it is. Have any other mamas had this issue? How did it turn out for you?

I've been hypothyroid for close to 5 yrs. It was my first concern when I got pregnant. They'll give you a dose to keep you in a certain hormone range, then retest with each trimester. Try to eat foods rich in iodine, and do what you can to keep your stress down.

I had this with my second pregnancy.  They put me on medication and monitored it during my pregnancy. They would up the dose if needed. That was about four years ago and I'm still on meds and pregnant with baby number 4. I had a very text book pregnancy and delivery. everything was perfect.
