Has anyone been told they have gestational diabetes?

Gestational Diabetes.. Any other mummy's have this? What are your feelings?

Have it. Have known I had it for weeks now. The change in diet has helped to gain 0 lbs so far. Recently put on insulin. It was overwhelming at first but it's become a routine now. Most important thing is baby is healthy :)

I failed both 1 and 3 hiur tests at 16 weeks.  Been testing my blood sugar and following the eating plan since.  Its a pain in the butt, but not the end if the world. So far i have been able to control my sugars with diet.

Had it with my 2nd, diagnosed at about 24weeks w/ insulin after 2weeks....with this baby I had it right from the get go, diagnosed at just after 7weeks and on insulin since just before 10weeks ... luckily it is just during pregnancy, it is manageable & temporary!

Yep i was diagnosed at 23 weeks... i have been dieting and watching blood sugar levels for a lil over a week now and have lost 10 pounds! Its really not that bad just tedeous and sometimes i crave sweets but ill survive! Its all for a healthy babe!

Getting my test on the 25th of this month, i'll be 29+4 at that stage. Hopefully i dont have it x

Had it with number one. Diet and insulin injections didn't help me. Just took my one hour. Certain I failed it. We shall see soon enough. I don't care. It forces me to eat better so I'm kinda ok with it.

It's really not that bad I failed at 15 weeks.  You just change your diet and should be able to control your sugar. Controlling it has been easy easy for me

I go on the 8th.. Dr set me up for a 2hr one like usual.. Any number that is high is a fail.. Weirdly enough I believe I'll fail mainly because I've had it twice... Not looking forward to poking my fingers but o well ...

I just failed my 1 hour yesterday, waiting for my doctor to order the 3 hour :/
