7 days late. Advice please!

​My partner and I had been trying ttc for a few months we used this app then felt like we should just stop worrying and let it happen. So my period was due last Sunday and she no showed. But the day I was supposed to start (the 9th) I had left for a business convention in Las Vegas. I thought after my period didn't show that it was just the travel. I had mild cramps on and off. Now today, I have no cramps SORE breast I can barely wear a bra. Should I test? Obviously I should but I wasn't sure if the travel could have affected it.
