I tracked every day for 2 years. It became frustrating so I switched to OPK's.  It also became easier for me to feel when I'm ovulating.

I've not been tracking BBT because I use OPK's every month. Is there some benefit to also taking your BBT?

I use OPKs to see when I'm going to & BBT to make sure I did.
