TMI PIC Dry spots in cleavage

I've had these spots for months, they don't itch, they don't get rashy, but they're starting to spread along my chest and neck a bit. They're hard to see other than in my cleavage. They flake like dry skin when scratched but no amount of lotion (palmers) or scrub stuff helps. It just gets red and then calms down to a brown color. It's freaking hubby out. 26 weeks preggo, is it something related to pregnancy like dark lines or what? Should I show my OB? I don't have a dermatologist or I'd go there.
