Evaporation lines?

I just had a LEEP procedure done 1.5 months ago. There were complications and I required a second surgery that day to stop bleeding, I was even given more blood. Anyway, last week I thought I finally started my period. I had terrible cramps, bloating, moodiness, you name it. However; it was so light I wasn't sure if it was even a period! So, last night I took a pregnancy test out of curiosity. At first glance I swore it was negative so I set it down. When I came back into the bathroom(20minlater) I looked at it again and saw a very faint line. ugh. Could this just be an evap line or hgc hormone so soon after such a traumatic surgery???
