Missed miscarriage?

I had an ultrasound and appt the 18th and heard heartbeat on the u/s and was measuring 9 weeks, even though by my period date I was 10 1/2. I have literally NO symptoms now at all. Not even sore boobs. About a week ago my boobs were so sensitive I couldn't put them in the shower stream, now NOTHING. I had a sharp pain in my right side/abdomen Monday afternoon but nothing else. Could I have had a miscarriage?
