TTC for 2 years...I don't want invitro :(

my hubby had a reversal after 10 years, (he has 2 kids from a previous marriage) we've been having issues. Seems like invitro may be our only option but THIS MONTH So far I'm 15 dpo and 27 days into my cycle. I was averaging 22-23 days last two cycles. Making me 5ish days late. Tests are coming back negative.  Boobs are sore, slight cramping and started feeling off about a week ago. Major brain fog. I need some love and hope! Anyone else have similar circumstances ?
