Overweight ans trying to conceive

So I am only 220,and some of my weight is in muscle and I'm trying to conceive. The thing on here say when people are overweight its harder for them to conviece cause they have irregular periods and ovulations. but I know girls bigger than me that have concieved.. So I don't know what to beleive..
