OMG help me please my Chihuahua licked my 10 month old daughter in her mouth. My dd loves our dog "Girl" she pets her and let's her lick her hand and face.  Can my daughter get sick from the dog licking her mouth. I'm scared to tell her dad

No your daughter will be fine, plenty of people let their dogs lick their kids. My dog licks me all over my face and my husband and we've never got sick from it. Not like he goes to town snogging us or anything just as a greeting.

My dog does this to me and my husband all the time .... I've never gotten sick! I have to be careful only due to the fact I have food allergies so we are trying to teach him he can't lick me on my face especially mouth if he does I have to wash my face/lips which is gross due to soap lol.

I've heard that dogs have the cleanest mouths around. She may be more likely to catch something from the loving aunt or granny that feels they just HAVE to kiss her on the lips.
