Breakouts after birth control
I stopped taking my birth control a few months ago and I've been breaking out ever since! Does anyone have any tips? I eat a plant based diet so I'm not sure what other foods I should consider cutting out. I use a few products from Lush on my face - mask of mangaminty, imperialism lotion, and a charcoal soap that I can't remember the name of.
