Fantastic option for Maternity clothes!
Who knew the process of being hormonal, bloated, perpetually hungry and nauseous (sometimes all at the same time!) would be so expensive. We are looking at the costs of regular Drs appointments , setting up a nursery, a healthy diet, and then the delivery. And that's before you even get to hold your sweet baby in your arms, while assuming ( or praying) everything is normal in your pregnancy. Heaven forbid you are high risk or have another situation causing bills to be higher!
Oh yea, one last thing. We also need a new wardrobe as we go through the uncomfortable process of gaining a ton of weight 😒. Even places known for having good prices such as Kohls and Target are expensive! Personally I don't have $30 + for each new shirt or $50 for each new pair of maternity pants( even if they are oddly comfy!).
Ladies , Thred Up is the way to go. It's an online consignment shop. They also carry new clothes that were last year's styles, similar to Marshalls or Tj Max. New items can even be returned if they don't work for you. They have big name brands all the way down to the lesser known brands. Personally I went on there today and got 2 pairs of maternity pants ( from gap) and 3 work appropriate shirts for a grand total of $60. When you search sizes, make sure you select maternity clothes and there are a plethora or options.
