Could this have been an early Miscarriage?? My period is NEVER late! It always comes on the 20th and we've been trying for our rainbow baby this month and my period is 9 days late! 😰 I started bleeding very lightly yesterday  and about 20 minutes ago I have very bad back pains and cramps so I went to the bathroom and when I wiped this is what I found. Sorry for the huge discription I'm just concerned.
