Guys I'm scared

So I had sex with this guy and we used a condom. As soon as he put it in it started itching but I ignored it. He pulled it out half way and his penis was covered in white sticky stuck that obviously came from my vagina. We later found out it was the lube from the condom but now I won't stop itching down there. But as soon as I touch it it starts to burn a little. I'm really scared because I've only had sex with 2 people now and I read it may b an allergic reaction to latex or spermicide but I'm not sure. Does anyone have any clue to what this might be?
