Vitamins to take??

What kind of vitamins should my fiancee and i take?? I just started taking parental vitamins because were trying to have a baby! Weve been trying for 2.5 years now): hewwp!!

My doctor told me SO to take zinc and 500mg of vitamin c to help with motility of sperm. His count was three times the amount of the normal but she said the motility is not good, and not bad, which is why she also told me to have sex evey other day from the day my period ends until I get it again.
