Made an appointment to see the Dr this afternoon

My morning sickness disappeared at 8 weeks 3 days. Now I am 9 weeks 4 days and I have gotten all my energy back over the last week. Also, my appetite is back and I am eating a lot more this week, but I've lost about 1.5 pounds. Has anything like this happened to anyone else? My next appointment is supposed to be next week, but I couldn't wait that long. Am I overreacting?
