When is the best time to tell?

I just started working with my employer back in March.. how would I tell my supervisor I'm pregnant? My boyfriend has yet to tell his family. When would be the best time frame? Also.. anyone else super sensitive to the weather? I'll get random nose bleeds where it doesn't drain down my nose but when blow my nose clots come out??
