Emergency room scare!!

So last December I had a miscarriage and had to have a D&C. Well I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant and last night I had terrible cramping in my lower abdomen and blood. So my husband and I went straight to the ER. We got to see our little bean and saw the heartbeat! I'm on pelvic rest for the next week. The dr said I have a 50% of miscarrying again :( Has anyone had anything similar to this and everything turn out fine?
