They gave me something and after a week of non stop pain I went back to the hospital and at the ultrasound they saw that most of the pregnancy was still there. Just make sure you go to an ultrasound when it is over to make sure that you eliminated everything and you don't have more complications. Good luck hun and stay strong! I've loss 3 ushly mine would be really  bad cramps to ware advil would not even work and the blood was red mine has neaver been light like yours

Let me start by saying how sory I am for your los. I know what a shock it is! I know exactly how you feel! I was exactly like that! I had no symptoms that made me think that my baby died. I discovered it at the 12w scan! I had no bleeding and no pain. After another week I went back and after another ultrasound  they decided to do a D&C the same day. I believe it was the best decision for me. I had 3 Miscarriages so far. During my first one after 8 hours of nightmarish pain I got home from the hospital and I found my baby in my underware. I'll be honest with you seeing it completely destroyed me! 
  With the D&C was minimal pain and almost no bleeding at all. And most of all not seeing the baby made it easier.
   Usually when you miscarry (at least in my case) I had lots of bleeding and lots of pain. It didn't look anything like your picture. 
   Did they gave you any medicine to induce the miscarriage?

This was my 11 week scan, baby measured only 8 weeks 4 days with no hb. Checked twice 💔💔 I wanted to believe that they were wrong but once I got this picture I knew it was gone 💔

So very sorry for your loss. I just experienced this. Last Thursday we went in for the 11 week check up and there was no heartbeat. The baby had died at 9 weeks. I had a d&c last Friday....we are so crushed. It's gets better....I promise. I'm sorry you're experiencing that naturally, I really can't imagine. The surgery was the best option for me.

I started with really light spotting on the Saturday then lost baby at 4 am on the Sunday going into Monday really sorry for your loss
