Healthy Weight Loss As A Teen!!
Hi All! I wanted to share with youse, my weight loss transformation. It took place during my freshman year of high school. I was 14 years old; and 177 lbs.
Now I am 15; and 126.4 lbs.
I did NOT skip meals or deprive myself of sweets. Instead; I monitored the amount of food I ate--> Long story short: portion control! And I also worked out---a lot. I did sit-ups, ran, Russian twists, lifted weights, etc.
This is the first time I have felt confident in years!!😃
