Anxiety

I suffer with anxiety but when it happens I throw up, does anybody no any ways I can calm it down as my doctor won't give me meds, but when I throw up it stops me from being able to do things like sometimes I'm just sat on a bus and will have to get off to be sick, I have anti sickness that are that strong they give them to people who are having chemo/radio therapy but they don't work when my anxiety kicks in because I will still be sick, I'm genuinely just sick of it now tho, so if anyone's got any advice on how I can stop it so I'll stop being sick then it would be very helpful!! 😒😒😒
