Bleeding scare at 19+5

Today @ 10:30 am, just finished having intercourse with my boyfriend, I found bright red blood. We immediately put on clothes, was on the road to my doctors office/hospital, which is 30 minutes away, at 10:40. Got to the doctors office at 11:15. I talked to the receptionist, who is my favorite, after she told me that they were gonna get me in for an immediate ultrasound & check up with my doctor. She then gave me a hug & told me they would call me back for my ultrasound. Me & my boyfriend waited about 15 minutes. They called us back. Ultrasound tech told me to give a urine sample & undress from waist down. She then stuck a probe in me & asked me if I was having cramping & I said no not really. Then asked if I was experiencing cramps. I said not really why? She said Bc your cervix is not where it's supposed to be thickness wise. She then told me I was 2.5 cm dilated. She then looked at the baby. Baby is fine.. She looks normal. Measuring how she's supposed to be. Nothing to be worried about with her. Then I left the ultrasound room, to go to the doctor, she told me that I was going to be on bedrest for a week. My cervix is supposed to be 4 mm thick it's 2.6 mm thick.. So I'm strictly on bedrest & pelvic rest. My bleeding has slowed down. It's now pink & watery.. Keep us in your prayers.
