Twins ????

Question

I went in for my first ultrasound at 6 weeks because the doc said my uterus felt larger than expected. They saw a healthy 6 wk baby. My symptoms are much worse this time around than the last 3 times, and I have had a feeling there could be twins, then the doc said I measured big and I was like ok. Awesome. After the ultrasound I was confused. We go in for another this Thursday and will be 8 weeks.
Iwas wondering if anyone has has an ultrasound early on and only saw one baby and then later on found out there was two?

It happened to me. I found out at 18 weeks there was two. They told me the whole time until then that there was only one.

I never had an ultrasound with my oldest kids until I was 20 weeks and they discovered twins. Before that I told my doc I was sure there were two and he said you are just big.

I had an ultrasound at 9 weeks and they didn't say anything they were making sure it wasn't an egtopic pregnancy so they didn't say anything at all...I'm 12 weeks now could they tell me that I'm having twins

I am hoping if there is more than one we will find out this Thursday at our 8 wk ultrasound ?
