Does slimfast work? Like do you actually lose a lot or weight or does it just go back on? 
I'm 20 years old and I'm like nearly 14 stone 😭

It's best to change your habits that way the weight stays off when you lose it. Quick fixes, if they work at all, don't help you get healthy and keep anything off.

I would reccomend a protein shake over slim fast. You want something low in carbs and sugar and probably not too high in fat as well. And it's not a miracle drink. You still have to change your overall dietary habits.
