So, I've been thinking.. Does everyone eventually have their inner labias hang out more? Mine doesn't show at all, to the point it's barely even there. Is that normal? Does it mean I'm not developed yet? I'm 16 btw, and I'm pretty matured everywhere else; I've had my period since a month before I turned 13.
