How are you feeding your baby?

Question

I'm exclusively pumping! Lo won't latch, looking for some tips and tricks to increase milk supply. I get about 5 oz at a pumping total and she eats 2.5 to 3 oz at a time. I pump every 3 hours during the day and when she wakes up at night.

I accidentally voted formula but I'm exclusively pumping as well... look up lactation cookies on pinterest. They have brewers yeast and flax seed in them. I haven't tried them yet but they look like a yummy way to increase supply. Also fenugreek is supposed to help too

Fenugreek and blessed thistle pills. 
Mothers milk tea
Lactation cookies
Oatmeal every morning(not quick cook oats)
Frequent pumping on a schedule, every 2-3 hours.
I used to get 2oz per pump per breast but now I am getting around 5-6+.

Omg 5oz! That's amazing! The most I've ever got was 3oz:( I have to supplement! You're lucky!

Please be careful before taking Fenugreek to increase supply. It is not a good idea for those with hypo or hyper thyroid issues, and also can interfere with medications. I personally experienced a gassy, fussy baby every single day that I took Fenugreek. It is a legume and can cause issues in both mom's and baby's digestion. In the end I had to discard ten days worth of pumped milk that I had frozen and also had to pump & dump and feed formula until the Fenugreek was out of my system - that's how miserable my baby was.

I was ebf but I have thrush so ive been breastfeeding at night with a sheild (suggested to stop passing it back and fourth) and pumping during the day. Thankfully i can get 8oz in about 15 minutes so I have enough for two feedings from one pump.
