Ok so what is going on with my ears?

Both ears have bumps and red patches on them in the same exact spots. They kind of itch but barely. When I do itch them or accidentally bump them it hurts like hell! Has anyone had this or have any clue what it could possibly be? I can't find anything like this online.

Looks either like a bug bite or cystic acne. I used to get them one my ears when I was in my late teens. It looked exactly like that. They would pain like a bitch but not feel itchy. I would use a hot washcloth compress!
