It honestly doesn't matter to me depending on the situation. If that's what's best for my baby then I'm 110% on board. Doctors say you should try to deliver vaginally if there aren't complications but if I can't then by golly cut me open lol

I would definitely prefer vaginal. But obviously if there are complications my biggest concern is for the baby making it out healthy and alive.

I wouldn't ever CHOOSE to have a c-section if I could help it. Medically necessary? Then of course, but I wouldn't want an elective surgery.

I'm hoping for a Vbac with this baby, and my doctor says I'm a good candidate. If for whatever reason, my doc thinks it's not safe, then I will go with a section. But only as a last resort!

Honestly i was hoping they would tell me i could give birth vaginally. Fortunately my placenta is in a good spot, so it looks like i will. Of course we will actually see when im in labor if i can or not. Hoping i can

My first daughter ended up being a c-section. My water had been broke for 21 hrs and I was on pitocin and would not dilate past 2 cm, which I had been at for 2 weeks already. Later found out she was turned sideways and that's why I wasn't progressing. Because of that my second daughter was a c-sec since my dr wouldn't do a VBAC. This baby (last and boy) I'll do a c-section as well since I want to have my tubes tied. I've been lucky the recovery has been easy and both times was up and walking around within hrs of surgery.

Having had both vaginal (1st baby) and c-section (emergency with 2nd baby) I would ALWAYS choose vaginal birth over c-section. Recovery is much easier with vaginal. C-section... It's just painful and you are VERY limited. It's major abdominal surgery!!

C sections scare me!!! I am having vaginal with this one unless there is any complications. I had vaginal with my last one and did pretty well so I'm hoping I don't ever have to have c section.

I had one with my first due to the baby being breech but I am due with my second and am choosing to have another!
