Child making herself sick. No rude/ nasty comments!

Need some help and advice.

I'm a mum of 2 a boy (7 years old)

And a girl (5 years old)

I'm pregnant now (22 weeks)

My 5 year old is very skinny etc (she was preterm at 29+5 weeks gestation)

Today she was caught with her fingers down her throat making herself sick.

I asked her about it. I asked her why she is doing it. She says she don't no then her head has changed. When I asked what she means by that she said her head is not working properly.

She also says things every now and again like "no one likes me" and "no one loves me"

Now she has as much attention and love as her brother as any parent would.

Obviously she is loved unconditionally.

This has broke my heart I don't no what to do.

I don't dare go to the doctors of fear of children services getting involved.

Has anyone else had this problem or any advice please? I need to help her in some way I just don't know how to 😢

UPDATE: Thank you for the comments so far, my fear comes from where she also done a runner from the family home nearly 2 years ago and children services put both of my babies into care. Now obviously I got them back. Nothing would keep them from me, but what we where all put through and what it done to my children is what I really fear.

I've also tried explaining to her about what could happen. Ie hospitals etc because she will make herself that unwell she will end up in hospital.
