Is anyone else afraid to have sex?

My husband and I haven't been intimate since the 22nd and it's now the 30th! It hasn't been that long, but we are afraid it may cause a miscarriage since last time we did have sex I had bled a little bit (4 days before finding out this time.) Also last time I was pregnant we had sex two days before finding out I was pregnant and then later miscarried 4 days later. I know eventually we are going to have to do it lol but I want to get the all clear from my gyno first. Or should we just give it a shot and see? I'm roughly 4 weeks pregnant...

Update: we conquered our fear and the result was no blood or anything! I think we are in the clear. 😊

I spotted bright red when we had sex. But it not at all any later. I looked it up, and it's because you get a ton of extra blood flow to your cervix which is extra sensitive since conceiving. It's quite normal in the first trimester. I'm sure your miscarriage was unrelated to having sex. MC is usually caused by something completely out of your control. 
I'm extremely nervous as this is my first and I'm 5+2, but we need our hubby's and our hubby's need us. The best thing you can do for your child is love your spouse! :)

I was told by the doctor not to have sex in my first trimester because i have previously miscarried. Xx

I did it and then had brown spotting 3 days later so now I'm scared! I'm going to talk to my midwife about it today when I have blood drawn.

My husband & I were last intimate on 7/16 (the day our baby was likely conceived actually) & he's claiming we won't be intimate during the pregnancy because he's too paranoid of hurting me or the baby & wont be able to actually get "ready". We shall see though as it goes longer. We both have heard people have amazing sex while pregnant & I  am willing to experience that but as of now we will have to see.

Yes! I mcd last year. I just did with hubby but won't the doing it a lot until I talk to my doctor .

I had sex but i kept it in mind I was doing it just to please my husband because I was also afraid...so we do the missionary and I do not get carried away also no deep penetration to my cervix..and no orgasm for me..has to sacrifice that too...
