What did you take to help you get pregnant?

So my partner and I have been ttc for 7 months and just nothing. I've try the pre-seed and vitamins. Ladies what did you do help yourself get pregnant?  Any advice will help please

I'm still trying as well but I'm using evening primrose oil the first half of my cycle and natural Projesterone cream the 2nd half. My Projesterone is a bit low so I have my fingers crossed and prayers in order!
